Changed the behavior of several dialogs to ignore the degree symbol in user provided coordinate strings. The postal codes users are able to use are specific to the Garmin map product in which they are searching.

Now, MapSource data will stay on the clipboard until the next time the user does a new cut or copy. For example, 'my route' can now be renamed to 'My Route'.

Fixed an issue with the size estimate of selected map sets. Changed to not draw gray outlines for honeport maps. Fixed an issue with some devices not turning off after transfers. Modified MapSource to provide the user with more useful feedback in certain situations where the program failed because of an invalid entry 22.2.1 the MapSource registry entries.
